A quick note regarding our delivery charges: being Sylhet-based, our standard shipping starts at 150 Tk for parcels up to 1 kg and adjusts based on weight.
Because Bangladeshi delivery companies are famously soo reliable and gentle with packages, I’m forced to armor up our parcels.
Honestly, if we didn't pack them in this seemingly "ugly" and heavy way, they’d probably reach their destination completely empty of the actual product!
Following a wonderful previous experience where Steadfast Courier didn't even bother to return our damaged products, we’ve learned our lesson. Now, we ship through Pathao, and for larger orders over 4 kgs, we use SA Paribahan.
Every single order is wrapped like a military tank in 3 secure layers—cok sheet, 1 to 2 layers of bubble wrap, and finally, a sturdy carton.
Whenever I see foreign artists on social media sending out their cute, aesthetic, beautifully minimalist parcels, a tiny part of me dies inside with envy because I can never send mine that way.
As much as I'd love to add pretty thank-you cards or custom gift cards, doing so would increase the overall product prices—and let's be real, clients definitely wouldn't want to pay extra for that!
While all these heavy protective layers add extra weight and shipping costs, we happily cover those expenses from our own pocket. Unlike many other pages, we never charge separate packaging fees.
