From back room to centre stage.⁠

In this Brussels interbellum home, the kitchen moved from a closed-off room at the back to the centre of daily life.⁠
⁠
The freestanding island connects the original house with the new extension, while dark blue Fenix, Carrara marble and integrated storage keep the space open and calm.⁠

The floor came first.⁠

The original Art Deco tiles became the starting point for this kitchen in Sint-Agatha-Berchem.⁠
⁠
Crimson oak veneer and brushed stainless steel continue the story, without trying to rewrite it.
