From wabi-sabi objects to rare tansu, lacquerware and folk art, each piece is sourced in Japan for its craftsmanship and quiet beauty. Black Market heeft sinds 2021 ook een echte sfeervolle fysieke winkel. Heel strategisch gelegen aan de rand van Antwerpen, buiten de LEZ-zone, vlakbij de autosnelweg, openbaar vervoer voor de deur:

n oude garage van 1500 m². Black Market biedt duizenden unieke items aan. De Japanse items van Black Market zelf zijn ook over de hele ruimte terug te vinden: een hele Kokeshi collectie, darumas, kimono's Japans meubilair en gebruiksvoorwerpen, rijstkommetjes , sake schenksets,... en nog veel meer ! Het aanbod wordt met regelmaat van de klok vernieuwd en aangevuld. Sinds kort is het ook mogelijk om een drankje te nuttigen in ons horeca-hoekje ! Onze openingsuren:

Black Market has also had a real atmospheric physical store since 2021. Very strategically located on the outskirts of Antwerp, outside the LEZ zone, close to the motorway, public transport at the doorstep:

The Japanese items from Black Market itself can also be found throughout the space: an entire Kokeshi collection, darumas, kimonos, Japanese furniture and utensils, rice bowls, sake pouring sets,... and much more! Our range is regularly updated and supplemented. Recently it is also possible to have a drink in our catering corner! Our opening hours:

Not only Japan. At Black Market Antiques, you’ll also discover a curated selection of European vintage and antiques.

This striking ceramic mask comes from Seminara, Calabria. Traditionally, these expressive apotropaic masks were placed on homes to ward off the evil eye and protect the household from negative energy.

We’re open tomorrow, Sunday 2 August, from 11:00 to 17:00. Everyone is welcome!
