About last night

Today, I received the very sad news of the passing of Vicomte Stéphane de Harlez, a person for whom I do have a deeply respect.

I feel truly grateful that I had the opportunity to have known Stéphane and I feel so happy to have seen him again, in September last year. This moment, the last time we met, I will always cherish.

Stéphane was a kind-hearted, warm, and exceptionally gracious gentleman. His gentle presence, generosity, and genuine interest in others left a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

I will remember him with great respect, admiration, and affection. His memory will remain so very precious to me.

My heartfelt condolences go to his sons, especially Simon and Grégoire, and to all members of his family. I wish them strength, comfort, and support during this difficult time.

Rest in peace, dear Stéphane. 🖤
