Le restaurant Emily est à la recherche d’un/une maître d’hôtel – sommelier passionné(e) et motivé(e) ayant une expérience solide dans le monde de la gastronomie et du service.

Profil recherché
Nous recherchons une personne motivée et passionnée ayant de l’'expérience dans un restaurant gastronomique et ayant des connaissances en œnologie. Vous aurez la charge de présenter la carte des vins, et conseiller les clients, préparer le vin sélectionné pour le client / service et suivi du vin et autres boissons. Vous devrez également gérer le service dans sa globalité, prise de commande, suivi du bon déroulement du service, ainsi que la mise en place.

• Expérience significative en tant que maître d’hôtel et sommelier
• Passion pour la gastronomie et le service client
• Excellentes compétences relationnelles, empathique
• Capacité à conseiller les clients sur les vins
• Attentionné(e) et toujours au service du client
• Langues : français, anglais
• Langues italien et néerlandais un atout supplémentaire

Vos responsabilités
• Gérer le restaurant « Emily » aux côtés du chef de cuisine et des équipes.
• Motiver les équipes par votre dynamisme.
• Assurer un service de qualité et une expérience client exceptionnelle.
• Conseiller les clients sur les accords mets et vins.
• Gestion des commandes/achats pour la salle et des horaires de l’équipe.
• Être attentif(ve) aux besoins des clients et garantir leur satisfaction.

‍Conditions proposées
• Contrat à durée indéterminée (CDI), temps plein.
• 9 services coupés.
• 4 jours et demi de travail par semaine (fermé le samedi midi, dimanche et lundi).
