Game on! 🎲 Sweden took over for Edition 20 of SupperclubBE and the energy was unmatched.

We brought the spirit of Stockholm to Ixelles with a menu that felt like a warm embrace. Watching everyone dive into the competition while sharing plates of traditional Swedish comfort food is exactly why we do this.

🥬 Kåldolmar: Our savory cabbage rolls that started the night on a high note.
🧆 Swedish Meatballs: Served with creamy mashed potatoes—a true crowd-pleaser!
🍬 Cinnamon Buns: The perfect, spiced finish to an intense night of gaming.

Huge thanks to everyone who brought their A-game and their appetite. These memories (and the smell of fresh cinnamon) are definitely sticking around! 🥂✨

Still thinking about Saturday night... 🇩🇰✨

Our 19th Edition was a true celebration of Danish soul food right here in Ixelles. From the first bite to the last, the energy at the table was incredible.

The highlights you loved:
🧆 Frikadeller: Our signature Danish meatballs, seasoned and served with that classic home-cooked feel.

🥓 Stegt flæsk: Crispy, golden pork belly that was the undisputed star of the main course.

🍐 Danish Delight: A deconstructed Pear Pastry inspired by the culinary magic.

Seeing everyone enjoy these flavors and connect over great food is exactly why we started SupperclubBE. Thank you to everyone who made this milestone edition so memorable! 🥂

AI is writing our emails, generating our art, and planning our schedules... so we thought: Why not let it host dinner? 🇸🇪🤖

For this edition of Supperclub BE: Sweden, we’re going beyond the meatballs (though the Kåldolmar are legendary). We are partnering with SVEA-SYSTEMS to run a little social experiment.

As you dine on three courses of Swedish comfort food, we’ll be running a "Humanity Calibration." The goal? To see if the "Swedish Soul" can actually be simulated.

Is your dinner neighbor sharing a real childhood memory, or are they just a very well-programmed algorithm?

🇩🇪 Germany Supperclub… what a night.

We went full comfort mode and the plates did not disappoint.

🌭 Currywurst to kick things off — saucy, bold, a little messy in the best way.
🍽️ Schnitzel golden and crisp, swimming in rich mushroom sauce with fresh salad on the side.
🍒 Black Forest to finish — chocolatey, creamy, crowned with cherries like little jewels.

The table was loud, the portions generous, and the vibe? Cozy but electric. The kind of evening where forks move fast and conversations move faster.

From the first bite to the last crumb, Germany brought comfort and joy. Danke to everyone who came hungry and left happy ❤️

Stepping into 2026 with a full heart and an even fuller calendar ✨🌱

Supperclub BE is ready to whisk you around the world one dinner at a time. Every month, a new country, a new table of strangers-turned-friends, and a menu crafted to surprise and delight.

Here’s our culinary flight plan for 2026:

🇸🇬 January 10 — Singapore
🇩🇪 February 7 — Germany
🇩🇰 March 7 — Denmark
🇸🇪 April 18 — Sweden
🇳🇴 May 16 — Norway
🇧🇬 June 13 — Bulgaria

We gather at 6 PM in Ixelles, forks up and spirits high.

Ending the year the only way Supperclub BE knows how… with drama, flavours, and a Father Noël plot twist 🎄🔪✨
Our Thailand edition turned into a full-blown murder mystery (no diners were harmed, only dramatically accused). Between interrogations and giggles, we served an unforgettable feast:

🔥 “Invisible” vegan seafood Tom Yum soup
❤️ Panang curry rich enough to silence suspects
🌑 Black sticky rice & mango pudding that deserved its own love confession

A night stitched together with laughter, surprise, and bowls that kept coming back empty. And the sweetest part?

Thanks to we raised €70 for Tiny paws, big gratitude.

Thank you for filling our table, our hearts, and this year with so much joy. Onward to 2026, where the flavours get bolder and the stories get wilder. 🌶️🐾💫

Serving up Malaysia for our latest Last Supper Club and WOW… what a feast 🇲🇾✨

We went full banana leaf style — vibrant, aromatic, hands-on, and honestly one of the most satisfying ways to eat. Every bite was bursting with flavor, warmth, and comfort.

And dessert? Ondeh-ondeh perfection. Soft, chewy, pandan-green goodness with that molten sweetness center. Pure bliss. 🥥💚
