Need one flexible set for a whole shoot list? 𝐉𝐢𝐥𝐥 is one of a kind.

Inside, it's a mix of raw materials: polished concrete floors, black steel beams, and a round window cut into a white wall. Soft grey furniture keeps the space calm, and in the kitchen a brass backsplash glows against oak cabinets.

Industrial edges, warm details, and an open plan built to move a crew through easily, from product shots to full campaign setups.

Some locations change character with every floor. 𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞, a brick villa with cream Art Deco detailing, is one of them.

Above ground: a golden coffered hallway with oak panelling and a sweeping staircase, and a deep blue dining room with a bay window and a long table lined with velvet chairs in mustard and teal.

Below ground, the mood flips: a whitewashed cellar with oak barrels, and a marble-topped bar under brass pendant lights.

Moody and warm upstairs, clean and open downstairs. Two very different sets, one call sheet.

𝐒𝐨𝐧 is a barn-red timber building with a flat roof, in a wide, wild garden. Red-framed glass doors open straight onto the lawn.

Inside, a raw concrete ceiling rests on cobalt blue steel beams above a microcement floor. School chairs at the dining table, a stack of colourful crates, and a curved plywood kitchen island by the windows, with art on every wall.

Playful, graphic, and full of light, exactly what a bold campaign or a colourful editorial needs.

Some briefs call for a location that knows how to catch the light.
𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐚 is built into the hillside and blurs the line between inside and out.

Warm clay-toned walls curve softly under a green roof, with glass on nearly every side and a reed pergola over the terrace. A suspended fireplace hangs above a sunken lounge, the kitchen island is a sculpted piece in brass, and a freestanding bath sits in front of a panoramic window with a view of the hillside.

Organic, calm, and completely different from anything else on our platform. A strong pick for productions that want natural light to do the work.

𝐂𝐚𝐬 mixes a terracotta abstract painting, a teal velvet daybed, a blush sofa, and a bold red graphic wall, with a bronze sculpture and a stack of design magazines finishing the look.

Layered, colourful, and confidently eclectic.

Looking for something earthy, lived-in, and full of texture? We’ve got you!

𝐄𝐠𝐨𝐧 is terracotta tile underfoot and plants at every turn, an old wooden cabinet doubling as a plant stand, a leather reading corner with a view of the garden, and a plywood bathroom hung with macrame.

21/09/2026

𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐚 pairs bright white interiors and light oak floors with a single wall of original exposed brick, running from the living room straight into the kitchen.

Floor-to-ceiling glass opens onto the garden, letting the light do the rest.

Understated, contemporary, and endlessly flexible for shoots.

A home that reads like a gallery.

𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧 layers an oversized classical portrait, a moody accent wall, an Arco lamp, and leather butterfly chairs with a jungle of plants and a vintage Persian rug. Every surface has something to look at, and somehow it all still works together.

For briefs that need personality in every frame.

Some locations give you one look. 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐞 gives you so much more.

Lime-washed walls and a worn brick floor in the living room. A clay-plastered lounge with an open fire and a sculptural root chair. A deep green hallway lined with terracotta tiles and antique cabinets. An attic bathroom where a freestanding tub sits under a skylight.

Outside: a long reflecting pond edged in bluestone, a dark timber pavilion with chairs in the shade, and old beech trees closing in the garden.

One location, a day full of different sets.
