From the very first design and technical drawings to planning, production preparation, project follow-up and administration, our office team makes sure every detail is in place long before the first panel is cut.
🔹 Jennifer, Yannick, Helena & Lisa
Our interior architects guide every project from the very first meeting to final installation. You’ll work with one dedicated contact throughout the entire journey, ensuring clear communication, continuity and a personal approach.
A special welcome to Lisa, our newest team member, who brings a fresh perspective, lots of enthusiasm and a true passion for interior design.

Robin is the link between the office and the workshop. He translates every project into a clear production workflow, ensuring each project gets off to an organised and efficient start.
🔹 Joris
As CEO, Joris oversees the day-to-day operations of Silva. He supports both the office and workshop teams, making sure every project runs smoothly.
🔹 Marleen
Marleen keeps our accounting and administration running flawlessly, ensuring everything behind the scenes is organised, accurate and up to date.
🔹 Rudi
As Silva’s founder, Rudi laid the foundations of our company 40 years ago. Even today, he continues to inspire us with the beautiful interior projects he brings to life.
