➖ DRAPER’S CONSOLE TABLE, EARLY 20TH CENTURY

➖ A very fine draper’s console table in washed oak, circa 1900, typical of French shop furniture. It features two drawers on the front panel and a double top, characteristic of this type of furniture found in fabric shops.
The table’s distinctive feature is the upper top with its wide planks and frame, resting on a base of six turned legs, which ensure good stability. A beautiful example in good overall condition, with minor signs of wear that add to its charm.

➖ TABLE CONSOLE DE DRAPIER, DÉBUT XXe SIÈCLE

➖ Très belle table console de drapier en chêne délavé, époque vers 1900, typique des mobiliers de métier français. Elle est pourvue de 2 tiroirs de rangement sur le bandeau de face, et double plateau, caractéristique de ces meubles de magasin de tissus.
La particularité de cette table est le plateau supérieur avec ses larges planches et encadrement posé sur un piètement composé de 6 pieds tournés, qui assurent une bonne stabilité. Bel exemplaire en bon état général, petits défauts d’usage qui lui donnent du charme.

➖ BUTCHER’S TABLE, EARLY 20TH CENTURY

➖ A butcher’s display table, circa 1900. The wrought iron base features large, intertwined scrolls. The original red patina, now flaky, reveals traces of superficial corrosion and lends it an authentic charm. The top is a thick slab of white marble. Very good overall condition, with slight signs of wear consistent with age and use.

➖ Table de présentations de boucherie, époque vers 1900. Le piètement en fer forgé présente de grandes volutes enroulées et entrelacées, La patine d’origine rouge écaillée laisse entrevoir les traces de corrosion superficielles et lui donne ce charme authentique. Le plateau est une dalle épaisse en marbre blanc. Très bon état général, légères traces d’usure par le temps et typiques de son usage.

➖ ENTRANCE COAT RACK, EARLY 20TH CENTURY

➖ Large entrance coat rack from a grand townhouse, circa 1900. An unusual Napoleon III style piece, crafted from solid wood carved with floral motifs and adorned with a painted arched pediment featuring a vase with a bouquet of roses. The central beveled mirror is framed by brass hooks for coats and hats. The lower section includes a central console with a drawer, and on either side, two large cylindrical pots, serving as umbrella stands. These pots are made of white and blue ceramic, encircled with a brass bar, decorated with birds and foliage, and rest on a plinth. There is a minor imperfection in the ceramic, but overall, this bourgeois and uncommon piece is in good condition.

➖ PORTEMANTEAU D’ENTRÉE, DÉBUT XXe SIÈCLE

➖ Grand portemanteau d’entrée de maison de maître, époque vers 1900. Modèle atypique de style Napoléon III, en bois massif sculpté de motifs végétaux et orné d’un fronton en arcade peint, présentant un vase avec un bouquet de roses. Le miroir central biseauté est encadré de patères en laiton pour les manteaux et chapeaux. La partie basse comporte une console centrale avec tiroir et sur les côtés, deux grand pots cylindriques, en guise de porte-parapluies. Il sont en céramique blanche et bleue, cerclés dune barre en laiton, décorés d’oiseaux et de feuillages et posés sur un socle faisant fonction de pied. Léger accident au niveau de la céramique mais bon état général pour cette pièce bourgeoise et peu courante.

➖ A very fine butcher’s block, dating from around 1880. Large model in solid, whitewashed beechwood with a bluestone top. This shop furniture features two drawers in the front, and is adorned with corner reinforcements, metal fittings, and two pull rings; all the hardware is brass. Attractive curved shape and fluted legs. In very good condition.

➖ Très beau billot de boucherie, époque vers 1880. Grand modèle en hêtre massif délavé avec plateau en pierre bleue. Ce meuble de métier est doté de deux tiroirs en façade, il est orné de renforts d’angle, de ferrures, de deux anneaux de tirage ; toutes les garnitures sont en laiton. Jolie forme galbée et pieds cannelés. En très bon état.
