Phillips Sailmakers & Awning Manufacturers is the largest sail loft in the region and one of the largest awning manufacturers offering a fully-stocked awning division. We operate out of an 8,500-square-foot purpose-built building with four work stations capable of handling main sail with 100-foot luff and maintain substantial inventory in Dacron, Kevlar, Mylar, Spinnaker cloth (Nylon), Sunbrella,

Phifertex, Vivatex, Dickson, canvas bag cloth, clear vinyl. Because we're certified by the Government of The Bahamas under the Industries Encouragement Act, we're able to supply custom products at prices competitive with the US market as our import materials are duty-free. Additionally, Phillips Sailmakers offers stainless steel and aluminum welding equipment and staff, three of whom are certified by the American Welding Society following AWS training and testing.
