Comforting Cheesy Chicken Bake

Ingredients:
• 600 g Richmark Chicken thighs or breasts, cubed
• 250 ml cream
• 1 onion, sliced
• 1½ cups grated cheese
• 1 tbsp oil
• Salt & pepper

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan and brown chicken for 5 minutes (colour = light golden, not fully cooked).
2. Transfer to a baking dish, add onion, cream, seasoning.
3. Top with cheese.
4. Bake at 180°C for 30–35 minutes until bubbling and cooked through.

Weeknight comfort at its best.

Spanish Eggs

Ingredients:
• Notwane Eggs
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 tomatoes, chopped
• 1 tsp paprika
• Olive oil

Method:
1. Cook onion in oil 5–7 minutes until soft and translucent.
2. Add tomato and paprika; simmer 8–10 minutes until thick and jam-like.
3. Crack eggs into sauce and cook 4–5 minutes until whites set.

Let the sauce do the work first.
