Nana, from Alliston Flooring, and his team supplied us with quality solid hardwood floors and contractors to complete a renovation project.His team removed the existing carpet and installed the new hardwood floors. Not only were we delighted with their work, we were also very happy with Nana's outstanding communication whenever we were indecisive which was frequent throughout this project :).Nana was exceptionally patient, responsive, kind, knowledgeable, professional, and transparent through the entire process from initial estimates through the execution.The work his team did was impeccable, meticulous, and professional. They went above and beyond with the little details. We are so in love with our new hallway and bedroom floors. Exactly what we had envisioned. Nana's team were punctual, courteous, cleaned up everyday, removed all garbage, respected our home and adhered to all COVID-19 guidelines while working in our home. The timely completion of the project and the professional guidance furnished throughout the project made it a pleasure. It was wonderful to deal with them.Thank you Nana and the entire Alliston Flooring team once again. Highly recommended!
