Big Mac cravings solved using your own home BBQ.

These delicious smash burgers were made on our Gridiron Pro Griddle using the Burger Stamp!

Burger ingredients
• 2 lbs lean ground beef
• 1½ tbsp Montreal steak spice
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 4 white hamburger buns
• 4 slices cheese
• 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
• Sliced pickles

Burger sauce
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp sweet relish
• 2 tbsp ketchup
• 2 tsp yellow mustard
• 1 tbsp minced onion
• ½ tsp paprika
• ¼ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp onion powder
• ¼ tsp garlic powder

+ Four finger holes make it easier to handle, too. Because a steel this big is going to have some weight to it.

If cooler weather means more homemade bread, I’m not complaining. This sourdough loaf was open baked on steel and came out with a beautiful crust.
