1) RESPONSIVENESS - I strive to be extremely responsive, so that I can provide you with the best possible service. Please know, I will respond as soon as I possibly can, to ensure I fully support you.
2) PURCHASING AN ITEM - If you comment on an item but do not respond to my message or attempt to contact me for pick up arrangements within 12 hours of commenting, the item will remain up for sale.
If you ask for something and I haven’t responded to your comment or sent you a message, please contact me. With the volume of comments, some may get missed unintentionally.
3) PORCH PICK UPS - please arrive at the time agreed upon. If your plans change, message me. I truly appreciate your communication when it comes to pick ups whether it’s to say you can pick up early or are running late. With notice I will always try my best to accommodate.
4) DELIVERIES - not offered at this time
5) HOLDS - items will not be held without Etransfer to [email protected] at the time of ordering. If you want to purchase the item with cash, I ask this be within 24 hours of ordering, otherwise the item will remain up for sale.
6) PRODUCT AVAILABILITY - our Sherpas, hooded Sherpas, flannel sheets, etc come to us by the case and each case is a surprise so unfortunately that means we never know if/when we will be getting a certain colour or pattern. If you see something you like, it’s best to get it when you see it. I will try my best to watch for a certain item for you but with the volume of transactions, it’s tough to keep track of everyone’s wish list items so keep your eye out in the group.
7) RETURNS/EXCHANGES - We are a small company with low margin and low overhead which is why our prices are so reasonable (30-70% lower than big box stores in some cases). This means we do not have extra $ built into our pricing to allow for returns or exchanges for items other than if there is an obvious factory defect noticed when the item is first taken out of the package.
8) EXAMPLES OF WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED - For sanitary reasons we cannot refund or exchange any used bedding, pillows, furniture covers, etc. If any of our products have been used, washed but not used, put on a piece of furniture or bed to try out, we cannot give a refund or exchange.
