Modern vs. Contemporary vs. Mid-Century Modern — what’s the difference?

✨ Modern: Clean lines, balanced layouts, functionality is everything, and warm earth tones make it feel inviting. Classic, timeless, and always feels intentional.

✨ Contemporary: All about right now. Bold contrasts, curves, sleek surfaces, and those dramatic black-and-white pops. It’s trendy, striking, and ever-evolving.

✨ Mid-Century Modern: The architecture is unreal — I’d literally give my soul for a mid-century modern home. Function comes first, minimal clutter, lots of organic materials like stone, wood, and leather. Earthy tones with pops of color in furniture make it feel alive but grounded.

Basically, all three are gorgeous — it just depends on whether you’re chasing timeless structure, current trends, or that iconic mid-century vibe.
