Okayyy, fun fact timeee! π¨β¨
Did you know women actually see more color than men? Yep, it's real! π
It comes down to the X chromosome. Women have two (aka a backup copy π), and that's where the red and green color vision genes live. About 1 in 12 men have some form of red-green color blindness, compared to about 1 in 200 women.
And some women might even have a fourth color receptor. It's called tetrachromacy π€―
Now picture me staring at a wall of "beige" paint chips and noticing the pink, green, and yellow hiding in every single one. That's why I'm always saying: "IT'S NEVER JUST BEIGE!"
(I do feel crazy sometimes)
But also, the crazy is necessary in a good designer. I don't make the rules ππββοΈ
