With a heavy heart 💔 and tears 😢 in your eyes, nothing is more painful than trying to smile and stay positive, but after many tests, being stung and pushed, chemo and radiation, the person physically changes and they can suffer with sadness. I know a lot of you don't give a f♡(< about this post because cancer didn't affect you. You don't know what it's like to have fought, or had a loved one who is or fought cancer. 💛💗
Asking for a small favor - I know only some of you will. If you know someone who fought a battle with cancer, is still struggling, or passed away, please make this your status of support, respect and remembrance. 💛💗💜💚💛🧡❤️🤎🖤🤍

Good morning everybody. This Spring has been very dry so we prayed for rain. We got it!! Thank you Lord!!
I’ve decided to cancel the Duchess plant sale scheduled for today due to the forecasted 100% chance of rain -all day!! The nights are still cold and I have faith that situation will clear soon. Please keep an eye on this page. I will add an additional sale date closer to the end of May.
Life is good! Stay warm and dry!

Starting today, December 8th we are accepting telephone orders for Christmas florals. Available are; Locally grown Poinsettias in Red, White, Variegated Pink, Blue ,Turquoise, and Purple potted in 6 inch pots ready to bring beauty to your home, office, or the home of a loved one.
Custom floral arrangements (built to your specifications) are also available.
Orders are scheduled to arrive in Bassano on December 18 (unless specified otherwise)and can be delivered to designated addresses for an additional fee.( Delivery arrangements and price to be discussed upon ordering)
We suggest when ordering Poinsettias that you share a second choice to avoid disappointment. Plants are grown locally. Supplies of some colors is limited.

Bassano Plants and Things store will reopen at 415 4th Street on Tuesday November 15(tomorrow) from 12:00 noon until 5:00 pm. (the store is located in the former home of Mr. Wayne Hale where you will see brick exterior with Bright Yellow window frames).Hours for the remainder of the week will be 10:00 to 5:00 pm. Social distancing is encouraged. More photos, information and schedules to be posted soon.

Newell Colony vegetable sales start this morning at 09:30 at the P & H site. Sales are scheduled to run until 4:00 pm or while supplies last. The schedule will remain the same until Fall unless otherwise posted.
