Lemon Blueberry Sourdough Focaccia 🍋🫐
Made this yesterday and wow… it turned out so good. I used my usual sourdough recipe, pressed the dough into a well oiled cast iron pan, and topped it with blueberries, fresh lemon zest, brown sugar, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Next time, I think I’ll fold everything right into the dough for even more flavor in every bite. Finished it off with a lemony cream cheese icing and yes, it’s just as good as it sounds 🤤
