I’ve finally admitted it... I need an assistant! 😂
DecorChic Living is looking for a part-time Client Care & Business Assistant to join our small team in Belleville.
I’m looking for someone who is organized, personable, dependable and genuinely enjoys working with people. Someone who can juggle a few different things at once, take initiative and help keep the day moving when I’m pulled in six directions.
What you’ll be helping with:
• Responding to emails and client inquiries
• Following up with new leads and existing clients
• Scheduling consultations and helping manage my calendar
• Client care and problem solving
• Learning to prepare quotes for our window covering and drapery clients
• Invoicing, payments and general administrative tasks
• Working with QuickBooks and our other business systems
• Helping with the many little things that keep a small business running
QuickBooks experience is an asset, but not a deal breaker. I’m happy to train the right person on our systems and processes.
More than anything, I’m looking for someone who is great with people, organized, comfortable on the phone and computer, and willing to take ownership of their role.
This is a part-time, in-store position for a few hours each week, with the potential to grow for the right person.
