Banged Up Biker Creations 3D printed items In 2018 I was involved in a serious motorcycle accident that almost cost me my life. I found doing this was a great help to my mental health.

Although my physical recovery amazed my doctors, PTSD has made the psychological recovery a big challenge. I started making these items to help calm my mind and ease the effects of PTSD. I find that sharing my story and talking about my mental health to be very therapeutic, and has helped many others with their personal battles. I sell most of my items completed (sanded, painted, etc), but I do also sell unfinished items to people as they may find the finishing process to be calming and therapeutic. Whether you think the things I make are pretty cool and want to buy something, or you're looking for a way to help deal with whatever your mental health is throwing at you that day. I've been there....I get it. Thanks for stopping by, feel free to say hi

Wasnā€™t sure if I was going to open up today or not. For those that donā€™t know the history of how Banged Up Biker was created. 8 years ago I had a run in with a deer on my motorcycle. It messed me up pretty bad, I ended up being airlifted to Ottawa. June 10th is the anniversary of the accident and itā€™s always a very tough day for me to get through. I started 3D printing things and hand painting them years ago to help calm my mind and deal with the PTSD. From there it has grown into what it is today. Iā€™m very open about my mental health and how I struggle with it at times. Having my store has given me the opportunity to meet many others that have similar struggles. As much as it is a retail location, Iā€™m humbled by the amount of people that have come in and shared parts of their stories and struggles. I find that peer support has been the best therapy when dealing with PTSD and I will always be that peer support for someone that needs it

If standing in the rain is what you need to be ok, Iā€™ll gladly stand there with you
