Received my first Epic box. I received a Beef Stroganoff, Mac & Cheese, Pulled Pork, Butter Chicken, Swwet GarliccChicken, Chicken Souvlaki, Yaki Udon, Lemon Chicken Orza and Luscious Lemon Curd.

Going to try the Lemon chicken orzo and dessert will be the Luscious lemon curd.

Easy dinners to
The rescue! We had some left over rice from
Dinner just sitting in the fridge so we decided on a busy Monday to make an easy meal

Easy chicken marinara and rice

Left over rice or pasta
2 chicken boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can of diced tomatoes
3 tbsp of epicures marinara sauce

Add to your crockpot set at 6 hours on high or if your gone longer hit the 8 to 10 hour on low

Shred when done and serve
