Mulch is not just for spring! Top up your mulch midseason if the summer heat is drying your soil, or weeds are starting to take over.

Mulch acts as an insulating barrier against evaporation from heat and wind, holding moisture in the soil. This allows you to cut down dramatically on the frequency and duration of watering. Encouraging established plants to be more drought-tolerant, and will make all the difference for the success of new shrubs and trees.

Visit the yard to grab a few bags of mulch today.
