Intro to Kundalini(January 8) - Learn the fundamental elements that make up this powerful practice.
We will explore the concepts of Advaita Vedanta in the six week series that follows(January 15th - February 12th).
Advaita Vedanta is a profound philosophical system that teaches the ultimate unity of all existence, encouraging individuals to realise their true nature as identical with the infinite,
eternal consciousness.
Every class begins with a mediation using specific mudras that tap into the energy we are working with. We follow with an exercise kriya which is a flow of dynamic movement that targets specific systems in the body including the nervous, digestive, lymphatic, endocrine and of course the skeletal and muscular systems. We follow with a deeply relaxing gong bath and then a second meditation that tunes the mind towards the infinite eternal consciousness.
