So for a while now I have been barely breaking even or working at a deficit on Etsy, mostly because of AI generated patterns that are being sold at a fraction of my prices. I have never, and will never, use AI. I spend many hours plotting my patterns out and choose colours carefully with the help of a DMC colour plotter.

All of this to say that I will be possibly shutting down at the end of August, depending on how the month goes. I just can't bring in enough financially in my everyday life to end up paying Etsy more in fees than I bring in.

Thank you to all of my customers for helping to keep me going so far. I appreciate you all, and I'll keep you updated on my final decision.
