We’re firing the kiln tonight to keep it warm in the studio tomorrow because it’s suppose to be 2° when I get to work tomorrow… In the mean time, this new hat from and a nice hot tea is doing a good job keeping me warm.

These cool (cold) temps mean I’ll be moving to the basement studio sometime this week. Gotta keep the clay from freezing!

Any good ideas how to make a basement feel “cozy” for the season??

Wishbones have always reminded me of my angel Sq**rt. Thanks so much to everyone who emailed, called, sent cards, sent old pictures & just let me know how much you loved Sq**rt. It's been so hard but all the messages helped make it more bearable. 💕💕💕 She is one missed pup!

It sure felt like December leaving work early this morning! The snow has all melted but I'm cuddled up inside with Sq**rt giving her lots of extra cuddles today... she hasn't been doing so well lately so I'm giving her tons of love.

Yay! It's December 1st! The start of ! Five years (I think?) of jumping out of bed to see what the tea of the day is. Today I'm trying to get caught up on by finishing a book from my Nana and admiring my early birthday present to myself, this beautiful necklace from ! 💕

This weekend was pretty busy (and fun) so I'm relaxing a bit before work with a mug of hot chocolate (so happy it's back!) and a few strawberry champagne (!!!) marshmallows from from yesterday. Might have to add a bit of to my tea as an extra special treat!
