If I look back on this past month, I feel a real sense of gratitude. With several new clients and projects now on the roster for the year ahead, it’s a reminder to pause and take stock.
It’s easy, as a small business owner, to focus on what didn’t happen, the targets missed, the milestones not reached, and let that define our sense of progress. But growth isn’t always loud. Often, it shows up in quieter ways: in how the work evolves, in the relationships built, and in the resilience developed during slower moments.
As March wraps up, I’m thinking about the momentum of the past year, including URBANUS being featured in Canadian Interiors 2025 March/April issue for the Modern Bride Boutique and Champagne Lounge, Après Oui. That moment felt like confirmation that our work is resonating, and that we’re contributing meaningfully within the design community. The recognition affirmed not just the work itself, but the level at which we’re operating.
Sometimes when things slow down, it’s not a setback, it’s a signal that you’re already in a season of abundance.
Take a moment. Look around. The growth is there.
If you’re planning a project for 2026, this is your sign to start the conversation
