The garlic sales are open! It feels like we've been waiting forever for this to happen, but finally I can say I'm ready.

I'll be processing orders as they come in, so please bear with me. I promise I'll get your order to you as quick as I can!

These orders will stay open so you can order when you need all fall.

And I hope you love garlic, because a miscalculation on my part means I'll be planting A LOT of it in the next couple weeks, so there will be so much more next fall!

Get your garlic at the shop link in my bio.

I grow flowers because I love it. But I share them with you because it brings you joy!

If you’ve gotten flowers from me this year, I’d really appreciate it if you left me a review on Google. It helps other people find my little flower farm and helps me keep sharing flowers with even more of you.

I’d be forever grateful 🥰

This week at Wild Willow Acres...

It's going be be a long week of digging, mowing and tilling over here! All of the flowers are gone and as soon as the dahlias are dug up (this is going to take me a hot minute), I'll be getting the field ready for the garlic!

Then I'll be switching gears to mowing and tilling the other garden beds so I can plant peonies. Then when that's all over, I'll be trying to map the layout of the other gardens so I know how much room I have for next year.

Between all of this, I'll be prepping for the pumpkin arrangement workshop this week and processing garlic!

If anyone needs something to do this week, call me 😉

Somewhere along the way, being creative became something we thought we had to be good at.

But Brené Brown says, “There’s no such thing as creative people and non-creative people. There are only people who use their creativity and people who don’t.”

And I think we could all use a little more time to simply create and play.

That’s really what this Everlasting Pumpkin Arrangement Workshop is about. Come spend a couple of hours playing with flowers, trying something new, chatting, laughing, and making something beautiful with your own two hands.

You don’t need to be crafty. You don’t need to know anything about floral design. And your pumpkin definitely doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s.

Just come play. I’ll bring the pumpkins and flowers. 🎃

October 8 at Style & Graze in Saskatoon

We’ll be creating an everlasting pumpkin arrangement using locally grown pumpkins from Three Sixteen Farms and dried flowers from Wild Willow Acres. Everything you need is included.

Ready to come play? Grab your spot at https://styleandgraze.ca/gather-1/p/pumpkinflower-9csja-bw934

This week at Wild Willow Acres....

I'm saying goodbye to everything officially now. Last week I sprayed weeds and didn't watch where I was spraying (on purpose!). I've got the glads all packed away, and I'll be working on the dahlias for a few days.

It's sad, but I'm ready for a rest this winter and I'm already excited to try again next year 🤣

I've taken a ton of photos and videos- I get a notification daily that my phone is almost out of room- so I'll share so many more over the winter so we can all feel a little bit better when we can't warm up!
