Pretty easy day. Carpet removal, level, install 540 sq ft of vinyl, install shoe moulding.

I would have preferred the hardwood go under the fireplace surround, but that wasn't an option. Cutting tight would have caused issues as well.
I cut a triangle out of peice of wood, glued them all together and to the floor..
