🍳 Kitchen: Waterproof vinyl (LVP/SPC). It shrugs off spills, dropped pans and busy daily traffic.
🛁 Bathroom & laundry: SPC vinyl or tile. It’s fully waterproof, so no warping or swelling.
🛋️ Living room: Engineered hardwood. Real-wood warmth that stays stable as humidity changes.
🛏️ Bedroom: Wide-plank hardwood or carpet tile. Warm, quiet and soft on bare feet.
🏠 Basement: SPC or waterproof laminate. Made for concrete subfloors and below-grade moisture.
🐶 Pets & kids: Laminate or LVP. Tough enough for claws, toys and spills.
