You've already met the mudroom - now say hello to the laundry room. We added to the existing cabinetry in a way that should have been done in the first place…
Framing in the washer/dryer, adding extra storage, and designing a discreet access panel that makes maintenance a non-issue. The details barely anyone sees are still worth getting right.

If we had to pick the most unique and colourful room we’ve done, it just might be this one.

Digitally scanning our client’s favourite original artwork to turn it into a blown-out custom wallpaper backdrop for the art itself is gallery-level creativity (if we don't say so ourselves)

Our client’s guest room was also fitted with a custom-designed Murphy bed, complete with a luxe velvet upholstered headboard AND a pull-down puzzle/craft table! 🤯

Our University District client’s primary bedroom got a proper glow up, and we couldn't wait another second to share it.

A linear chandelier above the bed to replace a gimbal (a first for Unshelf Design! And a new favourite too!), a pendant over the dresser vanity, both on a pico switch right at arm's reach (rather than having to walk back to the entry door like it was before).

PLUS, A deep blue accent wall does the heavy lifting on atmosphere, and drapery is up next - but honestly, it's already feeling pretty dreamy in here.

A frame for a plain mirror, moody wallpaper meeting the existing wall tile - small decisions a designer can make to improve and personalize your ‘new build’ home.
