• Seagate Contract Management From a single-storey office building to a fully operational 4,200+ sq. ft. dental clinic.

Orchards Dental combined a sophisticated, high-end design with the extensive infrastructure required for a modern dental practice—from a new rooftop unit and major mechanical and electrical upgrades to floor trenching and services carefully coordinated through the existing roof structure.

The result is a space where all of that complexity disappears behind some exceptional finishes.

A great collaboration with Chris Greene and Wolski Design Group, Henry Schein, our trade partners, and the Orchards Dental team.

We’re proud to have helped bring this one to life.

*HEALTH AND WELLNESS MONTH*
Those of you who know my sister and me know that health and wellness have always been a huge passion of ours.

As a personal trainer, Rebekah has dedicated her career to helping people move and feel their best. As a yoga instructors and your Cambria representative, I’ve always believed wellness extends beyond movement- it also includes the spaces we live and work in.

Over the years, we’ve had the opportunity to combine our expertise through a variety of fitness and wellness trainings.Next month, we’re bringing our passions together once again- but this time we’re shifting the focus to our interior environments.

Rebekah, the owner of Calgary office interiors, and I will be exploring Health and Wellness in the Workplace.

Have you ever stopped to think about what’s actually in the products you’re specifying? Or the impact those materials have on the people who interact with them everyday?

Beginning August 1, our Commercial Pop-Up series will showcase how Calgary Office Interiors and Cambria are creating products and spaces that put people first-supporting the well-being of you, your clients and your families.

We’ll also be introducing designer yoga sessions, focused on the mental wellness side of health and creating moments to recharge during the workday.

We can’t wait to share what’s coming!

I am reposting this to highlight the reality of what so many women are going through!
For years I complained of heavy painful periods and got told do you want birth control? Do you want anti-depressant’s?
3 wks ago I got my uterus out and was absolutely floored when the pathology report said the following:
The average size uterus is 60-80 g mine was 505 g, it was covered in fibroids one being 9 cm, size was 21 cm
“This will cause extreme pain and heavy periods”
There is NO way that years of ultrasounds didn’t show this!

Ladies please know you have to advocate for your body! You know when something is not right! We take on so much and just do what we need to do and it’s not ok!!

No filter needed!! Both for the picture and our product… representing a brand that is transparent on who we are, what makes us unique and how our product is made without filtering needed!
We spent the weekend being absolutely inspired by designers and architects throughout Canada! It was incredible… thank you Alberta Associations of Architects and the Banff Sessions 2026

Surrounded by the beauty of our mountains! One of the special aspects of our product is our quartz, sustainably mined here in Canada by our own quartz mines, intentionally made to the highest standard in our state of art facility in Minnesota, locally distributed out of Alberta

Very grateful to represent a brand that I can confidently stand behind!
