I am reposting this to highlight the reality of what so many women are going through!
For years I complained of heavy painful periods and got told do you want birth control? Do you want anti-depressant’s?
3 wks ago I got my uterus out and was absolutely floored when the pathology report said the following:
The average size uterus is 60-80 g mine was 505 g, it was covered in fibroids one being 9 cm, size was 21 cm
“This will cause extreme pain and heavy periods”
There is NO way that years of ultrasounds didn’t show this!

Ladies please know you have to advocate for your body! You know when something is not right! We take on so much and just do what we need to do and it’s not ok!!

No filter needed!! Both for the picture and our product… representing a brand that is transparent on who we are, what makes us unique and how our product is made without filtering needed!
We spent the weekend being absolutely inspired by designers and architects throughout Canada! It was incredible… thank you Alberta Associations of Architects and the Banff Sessions 2026

Surrounded by the beauty of our mountains! One of the special aspects of our product is our quartz, sustainably mined here in Canada by our own quartz mines, intentionally made to the highest standard in our state of art facility in Minnesota, locally distributed out of Alberta

Very grateful to represent a brand that I can confidently stand behind!

When the idea to create a hands on training specific to the commercial design world comes, do it!
This hands on training in commercial millworking and fabrication brought together such incredibly talented people!
We are so grateful for everyone who invested their time!

To RBK Millwork for the incredible tour of all things based around commercial Millwork

for teaching us about unique applications, thermoforming, fluting, backlighting and best usages of slabs

And Edmontons incredible talented design firms and Tula Architecture

What a epic day! Surrounded by Edmontons amazing commercial designers we explored a very unique hands on training event! Starting at we dove into all things related to commercial Millwork! From veneers to fire retardant doors and custom designs. How as a designer we can bring visions into a reality
From there we stepped into the world of fabrication for a CEU on “The Art of Specifying Quartz” From the initial creation of the slab to fabrication and install! Why custom edges cost more to the best use of the slab!

I am absolutely grateful for the designers that invested their time with us today!

Knowledge is power and today I felt empowered!

First is the one you all know so well… I proudly get to represent Cambria throughout the three Prairie Provinces! Three areas that have such incredible talent and amazing people! I consider myself very blessed and grateful!

Then there is the what makes me who I am! A mom to three incredible human beings and their amazing partners! A partner to the most incredible husband. A yogi, art and music loving dog mom and coffee addict!
