We're celebrating Calgary Pride with and .yyc with a fun wall hanging workshop this weekend!

Come down to the basement (plus a few spots upstairs for those with accessibility requirements) and create your own rainbow wall hanging for pride. It's most definitely, certainly, not a flag 😉 and it's totally FREE!

Visit us today till 5pm or Sunday, September 6 from 10am-5pm. Huge thanks to our supportive community for sharing this event and spreading positivity and good vibes!

Fresh footpath loading!

The store will be closed at 4pm to allow work on the sidewalk in front of the shop to take place. Regular hours will resume for the weekend!
You may have noticed the cones and fences around the outside of the shop recently, but today the work is coming even closer. There's been lots of improvements happening around Inglewood Calgary and this small closure allows them to get one step closer to being complete!

So come early to stock up for your weekend craft plans, or shop online from the comfort of your couch.

Pride is coming to next week with a bunch of awesome events coordinated by .yyc

In response to Alberta’s Bill 25 and its restrictions on which flags can be displayed in classrooms, we’re hosting a free, family-friendly workshop where you can make your own rainbow wall hanging.

Drop in anytime during opening hours, September 5+6.
No registration.
No crafting experience.
No suspiciously flag-shaped outcomes whatsoever!

We're supplying yarn and sticks for creating your hanging, but if you've got any dowels or sticks waiting for their artistic breakthrough, feel free to bring 'em along!

Proceeds for this month's meet-up will be donated to the to help top up their emergency fund so they can provide care for animals across Calgary and Edmonton.
