This unique corner lot could have fit more, but the right solution was a thoughtfully designed 3-unit + 3-suite rowhouse. We also worked with the City to preserve several mature trees, creating a project that respects the site from day one.

Great design starts by understanding the site. Sometimes the biggest challenges lead to the most rewarding solutions.

This vacation home in Sicamous was designed to embrace the landscape, not fight it.

Built into a challenging hillside, every level was carefully planned to work with the natural terrain while creating a seamless connection between the home, pool, and outdoor living spaces. The private bedroom wing is set apart from the main living areas, creating a peaceful retreat that feels more like a private hotel than a traditional home.

We’re exploring two exterior options for this upcoming Mt. Pleasant duplex, and each brings a completely different character to the design.

Designed with a focus on contrast, texture, and curb appeal, this modern contemporary concept combines warm wood tones, clean architectural lines, oversized windows, and thoughtful detailing throughout. The result is a finish palette that feels completely different depending on which brick you choose!
