safe colours and wallpaper neutralizing — all to enhance and maximize the appeal of your home to potential buyers. Staging: You may choose to do the work yourself or you may consider our staging proposal, which we will email to you at no obligation, normally within 48 hours after the consultation. Our staging work involves re-arranging and editing existing furniture and accessories as well as decluttering and cleaning up. We can do as little or as much as you want — it is entirely up to you and what your budget will allow for the services you choose. By simply using pre-existing furniture and accessories, staging is a cost-effective and non-invasive investment and the cost will be less than a first price reduction.
