You could usually find me every year at Three Oaks, Colonel Gray and Glen Stewart Christmas Craft Fairs but because of Covid you can now purchase these "Brew Bags", Brew Kits, along with Boo-Boo Bears and a variety of Epson Salts Bubble Baths at:

1. “BRANCHING OUT ISLAND ARTISAN MARKET”
along with many, many other talented artisans. Located at the Charlottetown Mall beside SoftMoc and Sports Check.
Hours of operation: Oct. 24 until Dec. 24. Every Friday and Saturday 9-9, and Sundays 12-5.

***I will be giving free taste samples on Friday, Nov. 5, 12-8. Come sample some. Smells like Christmas, Tastes like MORE.

2. “Nellie’s Of PEI” Located at Peakes Quay shops, Charlottetown waterfront.
Hours of operation: until end of Oct. Thursday 10-5, Friday 11-5, Saturday and Sunday 11-4. November-December 19, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays 12-8 weather permitting.
***Special Christmas Event: November 12, 13 & 14 (ALL SHOPS)
*** “Christmas Brew” sampling at Nellie's most days and Nov. 13 and 14, 12-8.

3. “OH FUDGE” shop at Founders Hall. Open daily.
*Only “brew bag” available at this location.

These are the original mulling spice bags that I’ve been making since 1989.

ALL NATURAL SPICES - (no expiry date, no nuts and gluten free).

Just one brew bag dropped in with 1 liter of apple, cranberry juice, wine, spiced rum, fireball whiskey and yes even shine (for an exquisite mulled flavour) and SIMMERED, not boiled, for about 30 minutes, to create this wonderful drink. It is also a nice alternative to alcohol, coffee and tea.

An inexpensive and practical idea (by itself or in gift form - a bottle of apple juice wrapped in brown paper with “brew bag” attached complete with instructions) for hostess gifts, teachers, family, friends or get togethers.

WARNING: Smells like Christmas, Tastes like MORE!
