We have something EXTRA special in the shop for the handspinners out there! We have washed and carded up some of the absolutely gorgeous coloured wool from the sheep here on the farm. It is available in 100g bags and is first come first serve. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship this so it will be an in-store treat for shop customers. Not local? Maybe a road trip is just what you need! We’re open Monday to Saturday 10am - 5pm

We are taking a little pause to give thanks. We would like to say a huge thank you to all of our lovely customers who have supported us through the years so far and to the new customers who have just found us. We are grateful for how our craft has brought so many wonderful people to our doorstep. New friends, new ideas, new skills ... we have so much to be grateful for. Thank you!

New yarns have arrived! We are carrying two new sustainable yarn lines from Rosarios 4 in Portugal. Terra Tweed is a pump, round, squishable yarn made from 97% mulesing-free merino and 3% viscose. It has bounce, great stitch definition, and shows off cables really well. Alvor is the second line and it is composed of 50% wool and 50% linen. It has amazing drape, excellent stitch definition, and look fantastic knit in lace. Plus it gets softer and softer with wear. Both yarn lines are available in store and in our online shop!

As we catch our breaths from the fantastic 2026 PEI Fibre Festival, the dates are set for 2027! Thank you to all the instructors, vendors, volunteers, sponsors and participants. Without you none of this would be possible! 🧶 🐑 👏

This week we’re sharing a bit about the very first step in yarn production …. Skirting. As many of you already know we process raw Canadian fibre right from the animal’s back through to finished yarn. Did you also know that ALL (and we do mean all!) of the fibre that we use to create our own mills spun yarns is sorted by hand? All of the fibre that is in our yarn is hand selected for fibre quality, length, and softness. We think this is just one of the things that makes our yarn extra special!

Autumn is here and with the change in seasons, our hours will also be changing slightly.

Our last Sunday for shopping will be October 4th from 12pm - 5pm.

Beginning Monday, October 5th, we shift to six days a week .... Monday to Saturday from 10am -5pm.
