Both Fran & Kelly believe in giving back to the interior design profession: Fran is the current President of the Interior Designers of Nova Scotia; Kelly is a Past President of IDNS 2003-05 and has participated in the National Council for Interior Design Qualification, Inc. (NCIDQ) exam question writing workshop in Washing DC. Fran is also a Past President of the Interior Designers of Canada (IDC). As national President in July 1997, she co-signed with then Deputy Minister Ran Quail, the first national MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) developed between the Interior Designers of Canada and Public Works Government Services Canada in Ottawa.
