Minestrone soup is ready to go. Made with local carrot, celery. Onion, cabbage, kale, swiss chard, potatoes, tomatoes, white and red kidney beans and herbs, this is a hearty and delicious vegetarian soup. Of course I had to spell my label wrong now it's Minestroni cause we are fancy here.😉

Made a limited time batch of Tomato Basil Soup & a batch of Classic Tomato Soup. Both made with local tomatoes, celery, onion, garlic, herbs and olive oil.

Made a new batch of Aztec Pozole Rojo. This soup is made with local ethically raised pork loin, local onion, cabbage, tomato, hominy, herbs, lime and four types of chilli's. I love to top mine with avacado, fresh cilantro, sliced radish, sliced cabbage, diced onion and serve it with warm or crispy tortillas. Delicious

Made a batch of Duck Broth and Turkey Bone Broth. We used local ethically raised turkey to make the delicious bone broth and local ethically raised Columbia Valley duck for the broth. These are great to drink as is or to use for your recipes. Get creative

New batch of Garlic Oregano & Herb Croutons ready to go. They are made with leftover Farm2Table garlic oil buns, local herbs, salt & organic sunflower oil. I love them in a salad or on Farm2Table Bone Broth French Onion Soup.

This is definitely our most popular item by far. Beef shepherds pie is made with local ground beef, braised beef and braised brisket. We add local carrot, celery, onion, herbs and top with local Yukon Gold potatoes. It's a great meal for 1-2 people and is definitely a top seller.
