Start with what's actually touching your skin every night. What you're squishing your face into. Swap in a pillow filled with natural fibers like wool or latex. Get some real cotton (preferably organic) bedding.
Even add a plant or two! Snake plants and Chinese Evergreens are super low maintenance and impossible to kill!
