We strive to provide the best quality products, however, if for any reason you are not satisfied, to get a full refund, please contact us within 10 days in order to return the product(s) in the same original condition as received. E-mail tracking and verification numbers are provided for all orders. Please allow 4-5 weeks for order processing and shipping. If you wish your Item to be sent without tracking number, and for any reason it is lost, subsequently, AkamCrafts cannot be held responsible. DUTIES
