Next Celiac Baking Cart- August 22, 2026
My next Celiac baking cart will be open on August 22 and I'd love your help.

For those of you living in with celiac disease what is the one thing you miss most that you'd love to see baked gluten free?

Myabe its a really good croissant, a soft cinnamon bun, a flaky pastry, a favourite desert, or something you simply haven't been ablt to enjoy since going gluten-free

Tell me what youre missing

Corkery Creations Farm Cart is open tomorrow

We have something a little extra special this week!!

We all have than one friend who isn't living gluten-free... and I've invited mine to join us!
She is an amazing baker, and she'll have her homemade buns and tea biscuits available for those who can enjoy gluten. (If I could eat gluten, I can honestly say those homemade buns and tea biscuits would be at the top of my list!

For my fellow gluten-free friends- We've been busy baking too! Here just some of what you'll find

A heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who came out to support the opening of Corkery Creations-Celiac Farm Cart!
I am truly grateful for the wonderful support, encouragement, and kindness you showed during this exciting first adventure into gluten free baking.
A very special thank you to Cinnful Celiac for sharing your amazing gluten-free creation, delicious apple fritters!!
Your generosity, knowledge and encouragement helped make our opening day so special.
To everyone who stopped by to sample, purchase, and share your own celiac journey with me- thank you. Hearing your stories learning about your experiences, reminded me why I wanted to do this. As someone from a family where celiac disease has touched so many lives it means so much to be able to offer homemade gluten-free baking make from scratch and with care.

This is only the beginning.🎉

Join us again on Saturday August 1st at the farm cart, 09- till sold out. We have a fresh selection of gluten-free baked goods and some exciting new treats for you to try. I can wait to see familiar faces and welcome new ones! We will keep you posted.

Over the years, celiac disease has touched generation after generation of our family. Today five of the six siblings are living gluten-free and several of our nieces and nephews have also been diagnosed.
We truly understand how difficult it can be to find homemade gluten-free food that tastes "like we remember"
This is what inspired us to open our little farm cart. We want to share delicious homemade gluten free baking. We hope you stop by our Grand Opening this Saturday July 11th and discover that gluten-free can be every bit as comforting and delicious as homemade should be. We want to share homemade gluten free baking along with fresh herbs, handcrafted natural soaps and a few other country treasures. Everything made homemade with care and quality ingredients.
