Grobox Garden

Grobox Garden Best Modular Metal Garden Bed in Canada 🇨🇦 Built to last 20+ years! Our modular design can be customized to fit any space, big or small.

Based in Courtenay, British Columbia, GROBOX is a Canadian company dedicated to setting a new standard for raised garden beds. We are proud to introduce a modular garden bed system that could last for 20+ years and is made from eco-friendly and recyclable materials. Traditional options such as pressure-treated wood, cedar, plastic, and cheap metal garden beds are plagued by issues such as toxic le

aching, poor longevity, rotting, and rusting. In order to address the lacking performance of these garden beds, we developed a high-quality metal garden bed that is not only safe and durable, but also easy to assemble and fully customizable. We strive to provide gardeners with a reliable and safe product that they can depend on for decades to come, allowing them to fully enjoy the joy of gardening without any concerns about the quality or safety of their garden bed. Whether you’re growing a small herb garden or starting a self-sufficient food garden, GROBOX garden beds can meet your unique gardening needs.

🌊 Last chance to bid for a cause! 🐋

We are so proud to support the Marine Education & Research Society (MERS) in their 2026 Auction. Today is the final day to bid on some incredible items from local businesses and creators—including a Grobox garden bed!

As a locally operated business here in the Comox Valley, we are inspired by the vital work MERS does in whale research, education, and wildlife response across BC. Every bid helps fund their mission to protect our marine life.

⏳ Auction ends tonight (April 12) at 7:00 PM PDT.

Head over to the link below to check out our donated Grobox and join us in supporting this amazing organization. Let’s finish this auction strong!

Today marks the final day of our Grobox x Huband Park fundraiser. We believe in building better gardens and stronger communities—which is why 10% of all sales from this event will be donated directly to the Huband Park project.

If you’ve been on the fence about starting your garden, today is the perfect day to dig in. You get a garden bed built to last, and a fantastic local project gets the support it deserves.

Place your order by midnight tonight to participate!

Have you seen our nifty new garden beds? If you want some of your own, this fundraiser will support our growing garden and small parts playground in the old garden. Win-win!

Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of supporting and supplying garden beds for community and public spaces across Canada. Today we want to spotlight one of those projects we supplied last year: Rue Dufresne’s “Promenade des saveurs” in Montréal — a pedestrian street transformed into a permanent, public, edible garden.

With raised planters lining the street and weekly gardening sessions welcoming anyone to help plant, learn, and harvest, it’s an inspiring example of what happens when a neighbourhood comes together to grow food (and community) in the heart of the city.

Big thanks to everyone involved in making this space thrive — we’re proud to have played a small part in helping it grow. 🌿

We’ve always chosen not to participate in Black Friday.
This year, we wanted to do something that reflects our values in a positive way. We’re running a 2:1 donation match for our Giving Friday event.

For every purchase made through our Giving Friday link, we will donate 50% of the net purchase value in garden beds to a registered Canadian charity.

Orders placed through the dedicated event link will be counted automatically. After the event ends, we’ll calculate the total amount and share the final update.

This year, our Giving Friday contribution will support the community garden project at Ferme Chrysalide (charitable organization ). Their program offers agricultural learning experiences for young adults with intellectual disabilities or autism, helping them build skills and confidence for meaningful work with local farmers. The garden beds donated through this event will be used and cared for by these young adults, and the vegetables they grow will be passed on to a local association that transforms them into soup mixes for low-income and vulnerable families. It’s a simple way for one effort to support many others.

To align with the size of the planned community garden, our donation will go toward up to 25 garden beds.

We’re so excited to see our Grobox garden beds being used as part of Nanaimo Christian School’s new outdoor learning space!

It’s wonderful to see students planting, learning, and connecting with nature as part of their curriculum — and just for fun too! The idea of younger students growing produce that’s later used by the middle and high school culinary programs is truly inspiring. What a meaningful way to connect hands-on learning, good food, and community.

We’re so grateful to play a small part in helping the next generation grow — both in the garden and beyond.

Growing a garden is more than growing food. It’s about nurturing life in all its forms, slowing down, and noticing the little things — like the way sunlight catches on the leaves or how the wind dances through the amaranth blooms. And sometimes, it’s about sharing your harvest — with the birds, the bees, and the butterflies. Because a living garden feeds more than just us; it connects us to nature, and to life itself.
