Hope all is well... and things are going great.
Please let me introduce myself or re-introduce myself.
My name is Raymond Pattingale, Owner/Operator of WOW Home Staging
Established in 2013 we are entering our Lucky 13th year in business, serving all of the Halifax Regional Municipality and beyond.
We have one of the largest furniture and accessory inventories available for rent in the city. We take great pride in doing a job well done.
We Sell Space.
I'm asking for your or your clients business to showcase our talents.
Whether an occupied home or a vacant space we can stage them all. We've used only the clients items to stage, we've combined both the clients items intertwined with our inventory or just full out staging of empty spaces...we can do it all!!!
Staging Consult: We also offer staging consults. For occupied spaces we'll go over all the issues with your client that may hinder their sale. De-cluttering, scale of their personal items, creating a great flow for the space, removal of personal items, updating certain items, et. etc. etc. This process can take up to 2 hours, depending on the job, and we'll give a full report to the client on what should be done to assist in the selling of their property. We have NO problem telling them what they need to know or should do to sell their home and get the best return on their investment.
$250 + tax (in most cases)
Staging & Styling: The investment in staging a vacant space of course depends on the size, requirement of items needed, location of the job, etc. A full estimate will be provided after a quick visit to the property to see in person. (N/C)
Two prices are given in staging:
The staging and Styling of the space (this includes all delivery items, complete set-up of the space and removal of all items when finished...de-stage) one time fee
furniture and accessory rentals (this of course depends on the size of the project) monthly fee. (see winter special below)
We've staged spaces anywhere from $1,000 - $3,900 + tax total. One of our homes sold for $275,000 over list. feel free to ask.
Project Management: This is a big one that people are unaware of I believe. Over the years, with great success, we offered project management for your clients. This works out great for everyone involved in the selling process. We work with a qualified electrician, qualified plumber, professional flooring company, professional painters, a great handyman etc. everything a client is looking for. We can get things done quickly, as they give us priority to their services. Win-Win-Win for all. Most of the trades people I've been working with for 10 years. So, if clients need small reno's done, new lighting, painting, flooring etc. etc. we can arrange it all and oversee all the work. please keep this service in mind.

Winter Special !!! February1st - April 30th 2026 - Get 14 extra days for furniture and accessory rentals.
On a signed contract an extra 2 weeks will be added to the regular 4 weeks (1 month) for furniture & accessory rentals (6 weeks total) @ no additional cost. (some conditions may apply please contact us for more info)
