DeAnna’s sewing table has been busy again 🐾

Our Greenwood Assistant Manager is back with another batch of dog bandanas — a simple project with a big payoff, and a great way to use up those pieces you can’t quite bring yourself to throw out.

If you’ve been meaning to make something for your pup, come by Greenwood and have a look. DeAnna’s happy to point you toward the right fabric.

A little Baby Lock trivia: the name comes from the machine itself — a "baby" version of the big industrial overlockers used in garment factories, shrunk down to fit a home sewing table. The first prototype was made of wood. Come see how far it's come.

Project Dress a Girl is still LIVE and these handmade dresses are stacking up in our store, ready to be sent to girls around the world. Last year they went to Ukraine and Uganda — and this year we're sending them again.

We're supporting practical_stitches_ and marisews_inspiredstitches, and we need your help to collect as many dresses as possible before September 30!
