This partial stage is a great example of how much can be accomplished with a clear plan and the right preparation.

We started with a consultation where we walked through the home together and created a detailed action plan: what to keep, what to remove, what to organize, and where we could make the biggest impact. From there, the homeowners tackled a large portion of the decluttering themselves before we came back in to finish the transformation.

Every client is different. Some prefer to handle the decluttering and organizing on their own, while others want us to take care of everything from start to finish. In this case, it was a combination of both — a true team effort.

Once the groundwork was done, we stepped in to make the home photo-ready and showing-ready by refining the spaces, adding décor, and bringing in a few carefully selected furniture pieces for the main floor.

The result? A brighter, more functional space that helps buyers focus on the home itself rather than the distractions. ✨

Hi, I’m Vicki Lynn Maltais.

Many people know me as a REALTOR®, but my passion for homes goes far beyond buying and selling. With a background in interior design, staging, decluttering, and property presentation, I’ve always believed that every space has the potential to tell a story and make a lasting impression.

Now I’d like to introduce someone very special to me — Michèle Arseneau.

Michèle is an Interior Design graduate from Université de Moncton, but she’s also one of my closest friends. We met in 2017 at the start of our degree, and from the beginning, we connected in a way that’s hard to explain. While many students were experiencing the typical university life, both of us were navigating very real challenges behind the scenes, including the loss of loved ones and life circumstances that made our paths anything but straightforward.

Over the years, we’ve each healed, grown, and built our careers in our own ways, while maintaining a friendship rooted in understanding, resilience, and creativity.

Today, bringing our strengths together feels like a full-circle moment.

Michèle offers expertise in interior design, AutoCAD and SketchUp renderings, renovation and new-build guidance, space planning, redesigns, decorating, finish selections, and design consultations.

I bring years of experience in real estate, staging, decluttering, organization, and helping homeowners showcase their properties at their full potential.

Funny how the dreams meant for you always find their way back 🌿

Growing up, I was the kid playing The Sims just to build and decorate houses 😂, coming home to find my mom had rearranged or redecorated the house yet again, and loving Halloween mostly because I got to see inside everyone’s homes and how they styled them 🤭

As I got older, that love for spaces followed me everywhere.
I went to university for interior design because creating beautiful, functional spaces always came naturally to me and genuinely made me happy.

Life took me in a different direction for a while, and I never ended up finishing my studies.
At the time, I thought maybe that dream had passed me by a little.

But over the years, through real estate, moving 25+ times, rebuilding, organizing, decorating, staging, and somehow creating a beautiful home everywhere I went… I realized something:

Home isn’t anchored to the ground.
Home is a feeling.
Home is where you are 🤍

And maybe that’s why this feels so right.
