Today is National Sourdough Bread Day! I like my bread to stay fresh as long as possible; that's why I keep mine in .
They are made of Essex linen for some breathability while lining is made of PUL to maintain just enough moisture. Will keep bread fresh on counter for days. Send me a message if you'd like to buy one!

Aujourd'hui est la Journée nationale du pain au levain! J'aime que mon pain demeure frais le plus longtemps possible, c'est pourquoi je conserve mon pain dans des sacs à pain ou baguette.
L'enveloppe de mon sac à pain est en lin d'Essex pour une certaine respirabilité tandis que la doublure est en PUL pour maintenir juste assez d'humidité. Le pain restera frais sur le comptoir pendant des jours! Envoyez-moi un mot si vous souhaitez vous procurer mes !
