3. Payment:
i. A 50% deposit is required when placing the order, while the remaining 50% is due prior to pick up or shipment
• Interac E-Transfer is the preferred payment method, other methods available on request
• Prior to the remaining payment, we will send you a photo of the product(s) to ensure that you are happy with the items
• Additions may be made to the order prior to shipment, but will affect ship date and balance owing
ii. Your order will be put in queue once the deposit has been received and you will be contacted when the product(s) are complete
We stand behind our products 110%. If you are not happy with your order, please message us and we will make it right (i.e. replacement, refund etc.). In the event of a refund, the shipping cost will not be included in the refund, only the price of the products.
