We'll be there! Our first medieval faire of 2026!

Hear ye, hear ye! The mediaeval market is coming to Smoky Lake this Saturday, March 7 at The complex 12-6 pm

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to stroll around kights, witness a battle, eat food from a tavern, or shop from a 14th century market? Here is your chance. The humble beginnings for the mediaeval market in Smoky Lake is being hosted by Janet Abramic and Galia Alexander. The Blackbeary Tavern will serve you up some simple, delicious treats and meal. We have a variety of vendors who will be offering old-fashioned wares , a selection of classes for you to indulge in mediaeval activities along with living history, displays and reenactments. The cost to enter is two meagre dollar coins at the door. Come one and come all there is something for everyone.

Please note that the two dollar entry fee does not include any drinks or meal.
