F**k counter bulk fermenting this bad boy was shaped an went right in the fridge after a few stretch n folds... came out the most fluffy and best bread I have ever baked!!! 🙌✨🍞✨❤️‍🔥

It worked!!! This is my 3rd successful batch! Used a no name 5 alive juice blend and 2tbsp of my ginger bug- resulted in a fruity flavoured ch*****ne like drink! So happy with how she turned out definitely worth the wait!
