My day job demands intensive left-brain work, and I just thought it would be nice having something to rebalance my brain. In a way, dropping the ink into the resin and seeing the ink dances up and down is my style of meditation. Until the resin started piling up in my basement, I decided that I needed to figure out a way to stop the piling as I continue my meditation. One lesson I learned from launching Magnetficent would be never say never. Who knows the next thing you might be falling in love with is what you thought you didn’t use to like. I haven’t taken an art lesson since junior high, because I have never enjoyed making any art and craft. So this is kinda prove to people that you don’t limit yourself in one aspect in life. I offer handmade resin gifts. My best-selling items are resin alphabet magnets, and Satellites, which is the mini circular magnets. During Christmas tho, people are raving about the arabesque ornaments because they could customize the colors and I hand letter the names requested on them. (the love is beyond what I expected) Besides the tangible products, another thing that makes Magnetficent special is the focus in building lots of interesting and intriguing visual experience upon the photographs of my resin pieces.
